November 2005, within a single day but at four different places, Gomel residents witnessed ASDEMO activists setting the pace for various events being part of their yearly 'Let's beat AIDS!' action.

The action included 'Youth against AIDS and drugs' graffiti contest , a mini-football tournament, a show by extreme sports admirers, and two educational events - an imitative political debate and a seminar on AIDS. The last in the line of events was a gala-concert by young rock and popular musicians. The action was organized by ASDEMO in cooperation with the Regional Centre for AIDS prevention.
