In August 2010, as part of their tour across Belarus, a group of German students visited Gomel.

German students intended to get acquanted with our culture, traditions and history, and we discussed with them further cooperation possibilities in line with  Eastern Partnership program. 
ASDEMO took Germans to Gomel-based hystorical Rumyantsevs/Paskevichs' Palace and Park architectural ensemble, showed guests their water quality control laboratory, and organized an excursion to Chernobyl zone. Grman guests expressed their satisfaction with their visit - despite occasional interruptions with hot water supply at their hotel. ASDEMO activists also enjoyed spending time with their friends.
